• Geolocation Data: To enable you to clock in and clock out based on your schedule and assigned geofences. We do not use geolocation data for any other purpose or track you outside of required work hours. Geolocation data is only collected at the point of attempting to "clock in" or "clock out" of a geofence. It is not collected continuously or as part of a background process.
• Documents and Media: To verify your compliance with on-site safety regulations, job requirements, or other contractual obligations.
• Personal Information: To manage your account, facilitate communication with your employer (if applicable), and ensure proper function of the app for work-related activities.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

Your data is not shared with any third parties, except as required by law or with your explicit consent. Geolocation data, document uploads, and any other personal information collected are only accessible by authorised users, such as your employer or site administrator.
